This superb, semi-detached cottage in Silecroft sleeps seven people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV and en-suite basin and WC, 2 x twin bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area and woodburning stove. Utility. Sitting room with open fire. Second sitting room with double sofa bed.

With three bedrooms and a single sofa bed in the snug room, this property can sleep seven people. There's also a family bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and woodburner and a sitting room with open fire. Outside, there is roadside parking for one car plus an enclosed front garden and a lawned rear garden with furniture and BBQ. 1 Court End Cottage is a character, semi-detached cottage set within walking distance of the beach. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, DVD, Xbox One, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter packs for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking. Rear enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ plus enclosed front garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Beach 8 mins walk. Note: There are external steps in the garden. Note: Property has a ground floor sofa bed and shower room, may be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Property caretaker next door has occasional access to his garden via the property's garden. Note: Minimum short break stay is 3 nights. Please note property does not allow hen/stag parties or similar.

"What can I say,it's perfect,we are 6 young ladies and 1 middle aged one myself being the middle aged one.The cottage was beautiful,clean,spacious,homely and cosy.Every bedroom has so much space,wardrobes and draw space,beds comfy,quilts snuggle,pillows comfy just lovely.All bathrooms lovely with towels supplied and hand wash.Kitchen very functional with all mod cons,plenty of cutlery ,plates,pots and pans,everything you could wish for in a kitchen.We only met the caretaker Kay and what a lovely helpful lady,always on call for any problems. Our group just couldn't fault this place at all.Beautiful enormous beach 10 min walk away,pub 2 min walk away,what more could any one ask for.Just Perfect."
"This is one of the cleanest holiday rentals we have stayed at, and we have stayed at quite a few. When we arrived there was lovely home made scones and stuff to start the coal fire the caretaker and his wife were the nicest people u could ever meet ,The beach was lovely , lovely weather would definetly come back, You do definetly need a car to travel around'"
"We were made so welcome with home made scones and jam on arrival. The caretakers Stuart and Kay went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is the most immaculately clean cottage that I have ever stayed in. We were 5 adults, 3 boys aged 10, 6 and 7 and 1 puppy. The garden was the best thing ever. It's really large and spacious and the boys had a great time playing footie. The beach was nearby and a lovely walk. There was a 9 hole golf course ( yawn ) but there was also footie golf. That was brilliant. Everything in this cottage is top end from designer towels, fab M & S mattresses to beautiful cutlery. All of the bedrooms are a really good size and have loads of wardrobe and drawer space."
"Lovely cottage, very clean and home from home. It was a little cold during our stay and the heating didn't seem to come on for long, apart from that it was a lovely place to stay. The pub just down the road had great food at a very reasonable price."

"Just coming back from an amazing week at this beautiful cottage. What a fantastic base. Cottage is immaculate. Rooms are large and plenty of space for the 5 of us. We were made very welcome even with a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival! Beach about a 10 min walk from the house. Highly recommend "
