This attractive, end-terrace cottage sits next to the owner's home, two miles from Porthtowan in Cornwall, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 2 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x twin (zip n link can be Super king-size bed on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with wood burner. Snug.
Appledore Cottage is a stone, end-terrace holiday home set next to the owner's home, near the village of Porthtowan in Cornwall. With three bedrooms, two doubles (one with an en-suite shower room) plus one twin (can be king-size double on request), this cottage can sleep six people. There's also a family bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a separate sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars plus an enclosed front and rear garden with furniture and barbecue and secure bike and watersport equipment storage. Appledore Cottage provides friends and families with a lovely holiday home for discovering the dramatic and well-loved North Coast of Cornwall, just two miles away. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden front and back with patio, BBQ and furniture. Secure, external bike and watersport equipment storage. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pubs and beach 2 miles. Note: Surfboard and bike hire can be arranged, both offering delivery if needed, please speak to the owner directly for more information. Note: Does not accept worker bookings.
