Off road parking for 1 car. Shared shed for bike storage. Private terrace with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Two steps up to front door and two steps down inside. Note: Max 2 people, not suitable for children under 12 years.

"Arrived and were met by Lynne and Davis who welcomed us in and showed us to our room, advised us of the wifi details and also about local area. The room was large, very clean, tidy and nicely furnished with a nice wardrobe flat screen TV, tea, coffee welcome biscuits even milk in fridge. The double bed was very comfortable and the quilt & pillows made for a lovely night sleep. Lynne and David are lovely and treat you like you are part of the family and made us feel very very welcome.We would highly recommend a stay here. Overall the place is very nice and quiet. Good for a good rest after work. Thank you. Once again thank you Lynne and David for making our stay so perfect."
"property is set within owners garden. They are very helpful and polite. Property is best suited to 2 adults plus 1 pet , otherwise is a little on the small side. Is very good for peaceful holiday. Everything is of good quality and in good condition. The bathroom/w.c. is on the small side so anybody of big stature might find it a squeeze. Was a very good position for touring the area."
