This semi-detached seaside property is situated less than half a mile from Beadnell and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x large second floor twin with TV and outstanding views (beds can be pushed together to make a double with super king-size bedding by arrangement with the owner), 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area leading to sitting area.
Coast View is a three-storey, semi-detached coastal property situated less than half a mile from the centre of Beadnell, close to Beadnell Bay. The property has three bedrooms, a king-size double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom, to sleep a total of six. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside this property there is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden area and the beach just five minutes' walk away. Coast View is an ideal property for a seaside break. Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian's Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

Beadnell is a pretty harbour village which is situated in a peaceful location beside Beadnell Bay - a stunning stretch of Northumberland's Heritage Coastline. Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a 'smugglers' place of safety. It is still a fishing village, and now visitors also flock to Beadnell for its picturesque harbour and soft sandy beaches. Beadnell offers local conveniences including a shop and two pubs which serve food. A supermarket and restaurants are on offer at Seahouses a little over a mile away, and from this popular seaside town you can also hop aboard a boat trip from the harbour to the spectacular Farne Islands for some wonderful bird watching opportunities. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its castle and gardens are also within easy reach of Beadnell.

" We have recently returned from our holiday and stayed in this cottage.the view shown on the advertisement of the sea is from the top bedroom window. When we arrived it was dirty and we reported this.it was not rectified. There were dirty ring marks from cups and it had not been vacumed. The tvs do no work and the microwave light is out . Look behind things at your peril We picked a sock up which we dropped to find toe nail clippings and an empty crisp packet. We have been in dispute with sykes and the owners and are at stalemate.we have also been accused of things we havnt done!! The owner needs to visit the property for herself its a real shame to be honest as beadnell is a lovely place."
"Brilliant base, clean, comfortable, spacious with everything you could need. Right next to the beach with lovely views from the bedrooms. Next to a pebbly beach great for rock pooling and a long sand beach that goes on and on is around the corner, next to a quaint little harbour. Would recommend "
"SykesCottages were great to book through- will use them again. Great house in a quiet area, very comfy beds, 3 toilets, full kitchen, comfy sofa, TV, stereo and iPod dock. Limited Wi-Fi but we struggled to get any signal or internet on our phones to look up websites for where we were visiting so we were tied to the Wi-Fi a little and probably went over the allotted gb. Minimal other issues with house. Beadnell has beautiful beaches to explore! Little shop on way in you can't miss that sells the basics. Seahouses and Bamburgh just minutes up the road which we loved. Go to Neptune's for fish and chips in Seahouses!"

"The Cottage was first class a new built home on three floors very very clean it looked all brand new, the cottage had two off road parking spaces out front,the garden at the back was very nice and privert with patio dinning area and a shed full of beach things. We love Beadnell and the Cottage was just 10 mins from the beech and harber . we would defanatley reccomend this Cottage to our friends."

"A well decorated and provisioned holiday house, a real home from home on the edge of a lovely village and literally five minutes walk from the beach. We most enjoyed touring the area with it's many abbeys and castles, then returning home for a walk along the beautifully empty beach before dinner."
"Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay here. Plenty of well presented, clean and comforatble space for a family. The location is great with the beach a short walk away. Just needs a bigger barbecue to be perfect!"
