"Fantastic property in a fabulous location. The view of Moel Siabod, together with other Snowdonia mountains, especially at sunset, has to be seen to be believed. Totally astonishing. Sat outside having tea alfresco style on more than one night. Property clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable, especially the Emma mattress. Lovely owners Mr and Mrs Jones, always only a phone call away if needed. (Lovely scones too). This was our second visit and will definitely be back for more of the same. Close to Betws-y-coed, so great base for exploring North Wales, but so tranquil and relaxing. Book this and you will not be disappointed. We love it."

"The views from this cottage are breathtaking. The decor is beautiful and it has everything you could ask for, in fact it's a real home from home. The owners are lovely and welcoming but not intrusive. The rooms are spacious and everything is clean and very well maintained. There is no shortage of crockery and utensils and everything is of good quality, which is not always the case in a holiday cottage. While it gives the impression of being miles from anywhere, in fact it's close to the lovely village of Betws y Coed. The only sounds are from the birds or sheep in the surrounding fields which is very relaxing in the early evening. Amazing!"

"The cottage was lovely, decorated to such a high standard and in a perfect location to explore all the local attractions. When we arrived there was a freshly baked tea loaf to greet us. The owner arrived soon after us, she was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who is looking for brilliant holiday in Wales."

"We had a wonderful holiday in this barn conversion. It is truly fabulous! Spotlessly clean and everything you need is available. The owners are very kind and caring. There was a lovely welcome tray on arrival and fresh flowers in the lounge. The decor is first rate! Views from the property are breathtaking. It is an ideal base for visiting many places of interest in North Wales. We were very lucky that we saw newborn lambs enter the world on the farm and had lots of super chats with the owners about lambing. All the equipment was in good working order. We will definitely be booking this barn conversion again for later in the year. Thank you to Mr & Mrs Jones for making us so welcome. We appreciate your kindness."

"Very welcoming and helpful owner, a welcome tray with home made cake provided. Cottage was beautifully furnished with everthing one could need. Good outside space, fenced so very safe for smaller children. The location, just outside of Betws-y-Coed was ideal with lovely views. A beautiful cottage and we will be visiting again I'm sure !"

"From the moment we arrived it was perfect, from the fresh home made cake to the milk in the fridge. Just simple touches but made all the difference. The setting is stunning, the accomodation is faultless clean & well furnished. Any problems (there weren't any) the owner was a phone call away. The only downside for some, maybe how far it is of the beaten track but for us was a part of the appeal. We just can't wait to go back. It is all on one level so easy access for folk with disabilities."

"This cottage is a real gem. Situated in a very rural location but close to Betws-y-coed. It has everything you could need for a quiet relaxing holiday. The view from the cottage is breathtaking and needs to be seen to be believed. It has everything you could possibly need whether your aim is to walk, relax or as a base for sight seeing. The owner is very pleasant & left a lovely cake and some milk for our arrival. Even the dubious weather did not dampen our enthusiasm (but it was early May & this year has been a bit of a washout all round) Would recommend this cottage without hesitation."

"What an absolutely fantastic place. We stayed in November so not a typical time of year maybe for a cottage holiday in Wales but it was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't ask for more. The cottage has been converted beautifully with all the amenities that we wanted. There was even a delicious home made sponge for us when we arrived. On our first morning it was a crisp icy morning and the owner not only made a point of warning us that the slope could be slippery but she also came out and gritted it to make sure we were ok. The location itself if stunning. Not too far from greater civilisation but also far enough away that it was peaceful and relaxing. The view across the valley were also stunning. Especially on an icy winters morning in November. Loved it here Fantastic!"

"Everything about 'Ty Isaf Penrhyddion' is perfect. The attention to detail was very good and the owners were very friendly and welcomimg. The area is very central to many places and you can go on a different walk everyday from the cottage. To wake up to the magnificent views was added bonus too. My friends from Holland had never been to Wales before and we certainly would stay again."
