Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk.

The fishing village of Duncannon is situated in County Wexford. Waterford Harbour lies to the west and the sandy beach is popular for swimming and sunbathing. With a few pubs and restaurants, and a children's playground by the beach, Duncannon is a lovely place for a quiet seaside holiday. "this house is falling down and has dangerous electrical faults ie no on/off switches in electical sockets.the house is full of damp and the shower leaks through kitchen ceiling.tiles on kitchen floor or loose and cracked.every time you flush the toilet you would think someone was using a kango hammer,so bad first time we heard it my youngest daughter run out of house,needless to say we came home early.very disappointed.stay away you've been warned"
"This was a lovely place to stay. The beach location was stunning & there is so much to explore in the surrounding area. We had a 12 year old and two older teenagers who all were extremely happy - no easy task. The house was clean & functional & it was handy to have pubs, restaurants & a take-away all close by (when it says 1 minute, it is literally 1 minute). We would definitely go back and have already recommended it to anyone who will listen."
