Outside, you will find a patio area with a inflatable hot tub, as well as ample parking. The Duck House is a cosy retreat for a couple's getaway to Sutton.

Situated on the eastern end of Sutton Broad, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Within this village, you will find a local pub, a pottery shop, a garden centre and a number of shops. Close by is the village of Stalham, where you can explore the Museum of the Broad. Outside the village is 18th-century windmill and further afield the city of Norwich, with a large selection of amenities and attractions.
