The area has much to offer, including country walks, the Sandringham Estate, King's Lynn shopping and amenities, or the wildlife park at Long Sutton. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Set on the borders of the Lincolnshire Fens, the large Norfolk village of Terrington St Clements offers many amenities, including a supermarket, farm shop, takeaways and two pubs serving food. The area has varied attractions, sure to suit all the party, including Peckover House and Gardens, Butterfly and Wildlife Park, King's Lynn and the Queen's Sandringham Estate. Head to the West Norfolk coastline for a spot of birdwatching, or pop down into Cambridgeshire to explore the fens.

"Bungalow looks likes it's been finished with grandmas unwanted furniture,towels on dining chairs to hid the stains oven was filthy, light bulb in one of the bedrooms was so dull had to use lamp to see. Owners twitched the curtains every time we came or went and were very unwelcoming to our family visitors"
