This stone-built, semi-detached cottage on a working farm near Cragg Vale near Hebden Bridge can sleep three people in one bedroom. All ground floor. One super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area, and woodburning stove.
Knowle Lodge is a marvellous, stone-built, semi-detached cottage set on a working farm, on a hillside, one mile from Cragg Vale near Hebden Bridge. Set solely over the ground floor, the cottage offers one super king-size double bedroom and a shower room. There is a well-equipped kitchen adjoining a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed, a woodburning stove, and a dining area. Outside, there is a front garden and patio with furniture and a barbecue, and off road parking for two cars. Knowle Lodge is a wonderful base for couples looking for a romantic retreat, exploring the Yorkshire Dales. From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Owner offers laundry service at small additional charge. Note: Stabling plus use of field and arena available at small additional charge. Note: Cottage forms a completely self-contained part of owners' farmhouse, with some private residential rooms on the first floor.

Situated on the steep and winding Cragg Road is the hamlet of Cragg Vale. The village is 1000 feet above sea level and the area is ideal for walkers. The village of Luddenden is on the other side of the valley, with a visit to Jerusalem Farm, a nature reserve is well worth visiting. Hebden Bridge is close by and has restaurants, bars, bistros, markets, an independent cinema, art galleries, and the Rochdale Canal. Also within driving distance is the Parsonage Museum, a ride on the Worth Valley Railway and the town of Skipton.
