Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on the promenade. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 mins walk, hotel with bar next door. Note: Apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs, no lift, or by one flight of stairs if using the rear entrance. Note: No children or infants.

"Accommodation is very smart though a bit dark inside if the sun is not out, which alas was the case for our whole week :( That aside can not fault quality within apartment. The only grumble I would make and this is no reflection on the owners is that pictures suggest a sea view from apartment which is not the case and that such view is from the communal outside door. I think people should be aware of this. Its a shame the sun did not shine for us but that s the luck of the draw. Can not fault owners and thank you for the wine it was a lovely thought"
