Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms and low door heights, care to be taken. Note: Due to steep narrow stairs and uneven original floors, cottage may be unsuitable for the less mobile. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Although this is a pet-free property, the owner does sometimes take their own pet.

"When we saw the picture of the cottage we knew we wanted to be there. My wife and I brought our 4 granddaughters to England so they could always understand the country. Now whenever they read a novel with an English setting they will be able to visualize what a English Cottage is like. Everything about the property was great. We loved the modern kitchen and bath with shower in the tasteful addition. The bedrooms were comfortable and snug tucked under the roof on the 2nd floor. The location was convenient to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick Castle, Blenheim and Bletchley Park-all within an hour's drive."
"Loved this little gem - full of character but not stuffy. If you are very tall you'll need to duck your head in the hall upstairs because it slops with the roof line, and watch very little children on the stairs which do not have a rail. Downstairs wet room shower is DEVINE. We stayed for a week with our 8 and 10 year old and it was just perfect. Beautiful English garden outside and a charming stroll to a friendly pub with great fish and chips. Perfect for us. Highly recommend for all except those with mobility restrictions, or toddlers, due to the stairs."
