Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x family room with 3 singles (2 x zip/link, can be king-size double and 1 single on request) with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shared utility. Shared external games room with snooker, table tennis and darts.

Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and BBQ (available on request). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Large unfenced pond in shared garden, children and pets to be supervised. Note: WiFi can be slow.

The charming Suffolk village of Little Glenham offers a pub that serves excellent meals, walks, cycle routes, as well as Glemham Hall, an historic house and gardens, which hosts regular events throughout the year. The quaint town of Wickham Market is within easy reach and here you will find shops, pubs, tea rooms and a weekly market, plus the historic town of Woodbridge is within driving distance.

"We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable cottage. Most things provided that are needed for a weeks stay and all very clean. Dogs are made very welcome even if you have two which is not always available. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is only one wardrobe between the two bedrooms. I would recommend this cottage to families or couples."
"Short driving distance to several well known Suffolk landmarks, and the farm shop nearby is excellent. In fact we bought several pounds of sausages to bring home with us, they are so good."
