This end-terraced cottage on the edge of the Perthshire town of Aberfeldy sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 2 x second floor twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with electric fire. Sun room.
Bruadair is a Grade II listed, end-terrace cottage situated on the outskirts of the market town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire. This cottage set over three floors sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and two second floor twins, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with electric fire, and a sun room. Outside there is roadside parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Bruadair is a superb cottage close to many walks, cycle routes, and attractions, such as Dewar's World of Whisky. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase, and there is reduced head height on the top landing. Note: Twin bedrooms have sloping ceilings.

The Perthshire market town of Aberfeldy is situated next to the River Tay in wonderful countryside. The town offers a number of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for in this part of Scotland, with Aberfeldy on the Rob Roy Way and Cycle Route 7, plus whitewater rafting is available on the river.
