This is a charming, ground floor, Victorian holiday cottage apartment, ideally located within two minutes' walk to the centre of the ancient town of Stratford-upon-Avon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite wet room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with freestanding bath, shower over, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

The apartment has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite wet room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is roadside parking for one car (parking permit in cottage), off road parking for one car five minutes' walk away and an enclosed, courtyard garden with furniture. Globe House is a lovely apartment and an ideal base for exploring Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding area. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Roadside parking for 1 car (parking permit in cottage). Off road parking for 1 car, 5 mins walk away. Enclosed, courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. River Avon 6 mins walk. Note: Whilst all on the ground floor, there are some internal steps.

Stratford-upon-Avon is famous the world over for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare, and the historic town is home to the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Company. This beautiful Warwickshire town on the banks of the River Avon is rich in history and culture, and visitors can explore Olde England at Shakespeare's birthplace and his family's former 16th century residences with their stunning Tudor grounds and gardens. History buffs will also love the National Trust properties around the area. Stratford offers great shops, pubs, restaurants and bars, and Warwick and Cotswold villages such as Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold are easily accessible for a relaxing day out.
