This welcoming property is able to sleep a total of six people in three double bedrooms – one of which is an en suite – making this a great home-from-home for a big group of friends. All ground floor. Three double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC). Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area opening onto balcony.
Just two miles from the centre of the Victorian seaside town of Nairn lies this pleasant holiday home, a modern, tastefully furnished ground floor flat in a new development. This attractive property has been well designed to incorporate all the conveniences of modern living – including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer - to ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing holiday. The apartment is well-served by local amenities with the centre of Nairn only half an hour's walk away and with so much to do in the local area, there's bound to be something that will make this a holiday to remember. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Dating back to Victorian times, Nairn has long been a popular seaside resort. Just sixteen miles from the Millennium City of Inverness, Nairn is apparently the one of the driest and sunniest places in the country – not a small feat for a place in the Scottish Highlands! – and boasts some of the cleanest bathing waters in Britain. The nearby Moray Firth is the home to one of only two dolphin colonies in the United Kingdom, giving visitors a chance to get close to this elegant, underwater mammal. The town itself is steeped in history, due to its links with the Battle of Culloden and nearby Fort George is Europe's best preserved eighteenth Century military fortification. Golfers are also well catered for with two eighteen-hole championship courses – one of which staged the Walker Cup in 1999.

"Thank you for allowing our 2 dogs, we took your advice and walked them in the woods behind the apartment down to the beach every day. The apartment was spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 dogs and exceptionally well equipped. Bright and cheerful the balcony was lovely and we used the communal garden for barbecues. I would highly recommend this apartment as it is a perfect base to explore the highlands."

"We looked around quite a bit for a more modern place to stay in this area that took a dog. Finally we came upon this property and it was great!. It's a ground floor apartment that looks over bay/golf course from the back, though some of it is obscured by trees its still very pleasant. The apartment has all the things you would want for self catering and a bqq is also available out on the back decking. It was very clean and lots if little home comforts around the place that did make us feel right at home. The owner also added a lovely little touch by providing a few little treats in the fridge for us. Bedrooms were a decent size and all but 1 had a sliding wardrobe, bedding lovely and fresh, making a great nights sleep easy! We were really pleased about the dog walks available right out the back of the apartment which allowed you to potter along to a wooded area or go a little further to "Kingsteps" which would take you straight onto the beach!. We did find this a brilliant base for sight seeing as there was quite a bit to see and do!..some lovely walks!- your right in the middle for some smashing sights! If I had a gripe it would only be that we couldn't let the dog directly on the back lawn as the decking is all enclosed with glass...but you can still get access from the front door and then go around the side to the back. ..its not the end of world! We had a really great time and we're really pleased to able to bring our well behaved pooch with us to this lovely apartment!"

When we arrived at the appartment we were so impressed it looked like a show home not a holiday let. Furnished to a very high standard, comparable with a 4* hotel and had everything that you could possible require for a pleasent stay. The rooms are very spacious and there is a great view out across the Moray Firth. Easy parking just at the door. Just a 15 minute walk takes in to the town centre or on to the beach. Best of all the kids enjoyed cooking their own sausages on the BBQ. certainly plan to go again."
