Overview
This immaculate, semi-detached converted barn is close to Lynmouth and sleeps two people in one bedroom. Ground Floor: Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. First Floor: Bedroom with double bed. Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin.
North Devon has some of the most magnificent coastal scenery in the South West, with dramatic cliffs and rocky headlands. Ideally placed for exploring both the coast and nearby Exmoor is Swallows Nest, in the pretty hamlet of Kentisbury Ford. Recently converted, Swallows nest has been beautifully finished throughout. The sunny, patio garden overlooks a shared lawn with picnic table, children's play equipment and has superb long views over Exmoor. Inside Swallows Nest you'll find a neat open plan living/kitchen/dining area with attractive beamed ceilings. A handsome half turn wooden staircase leads up to a spacious double bedroom in the eaves and an en suite shower room. Somerset offers 3 areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - the Quantock, Mendip and Blackdown Hills. Lose yourself in the glory of nature, take a ride on a steam train, visit a traditional farmer's' market or explore your mystical side at Glastonbury.

Between Exmoor National Park and the North Devon AONBB, is the village of Combe Martin. This seaside resort, with a variety of amenities, is an attraction for locals and visitors, and is home to a beach, with many more in the area. There are also National Trust properties and gardens close by, offering local history. Woolacombe beach is close and is a place for surfing, whilst the South West Coast Path is nearby.
