Sweet Briar Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion, situated one mile from the village of Coltishall in Norfolk. This cottage sleeps six people in one double bedroom. one twin and a sofa bed, and also has a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with patio, unfenced pond (outside the walled and gated garden) and furniture. Sweet Briar Barn is an ideal retreat for a family who wish to explore the Broads, Norwich and many other wonderful places in the county. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property situated outside the walled and gated garden. Note: No stag or hen parties. Note: If electric cars are charged at the property then there will be an additional charge.

The Norfolk village of Coltishall offers pubs serving food, shops and a petrol station, as well as Coltishall Common, where you can find an array of moored boats sitting along the banks of the River Bure. On the outskirts of Coltishall is the summertime pick-up stop of the Bure Valley Railway, a narrow gauge steam and diesel service running between the market town of Aylsham and Wroxham, plus the wonderful Norfolk Broads and the city of Norwich are within easy reach.

"The Mattresses on the Beds in this cottage are old and very uncomfortable. The Double Bed mattress is the worst, the sides of the mattress have collapsed and the springs can be felt while lying on it. The owner has been made aware of this problem twice before and again by us personally during our stay . But he obviously has not a care about his customers comfort on a long awaited holiday. Sleep and rest was needed by us all and we failed to get it because of the beds. It is such a shame the owner lets himself down as the cottage is in a good quiet location and is otherwise a nice place to stay."

"We spent one week at Sweet Briar Barn and loved the cottage - it was beautifully presented, with everything we could possibly have needed for our family of five and with many of those 'extra touches' which made our time there extra-special. It is set in a beautiful, quiet location and is perfectly located for the many local attractions around the Broads, as well as only being a short drive to the many beautiful beaches. We could not have wished for more!"
