This detached cottage is located close to the village of Benllech and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request). Bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.
Awel Mon is a detached cottage close to the village of Benllech just 1.5 miles from Red Wharf Bay. The cottage sleeps six people and has two king-size double bedrooms and one twin, all of which can be zip/linked on request, offering ultimate flexibility with the sleeping arrangements for your party. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and sitting room. Outside are front and rear lawns with outdoor furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Situated in the heart of Anglesey, Awel Mon is a delightful base from which to explore this lovely part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking 4 cars. Bike and watercraft storage in garage. Private enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Front lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Beach 6 mins walk. Note: First floor has sloping ceilings with reduced head height to the side of the rooms. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Please be advised from 15th November 2019 the hot tub will be unavailable.

Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafes front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.

"Stayed the week with our adult children and their partners. Place was lovely & spacious, modern decor and spotlessly clean. 3 nice bedrooms one being ensuite in the loft conversion, spacious living room and separate dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is provided and the owner is happy to help if you need anything else. The evening we arrived the owner (Graham?) met us, welcomed us and showed us how everything worked including the hot tub which is a nice touch and not overlooked. The house is well situated near o shops, pub/restaurantd and it's not far to the beach. Highly recommended - had a lovely stay."

"Awel Mon is up there as one of the best holiday rentals that we have stayed in, it is spotless and spacious and is on a very quiet cul de sac with plenty of easy parking on the drives. The hot tub is in the back garden and can only be seen from down the driveway but it is not really overlooked, we never saw anyone it was fantastic and we used it every single night of our weeks stay even in the rain it was brilliant. Graham was lovely and gave us lots of advice on where to go and things to see. Very easy to walk up and down the hill to the beautiful beach. Some lovely eating places close by too. We did not want to leave Awel Mon and will definitely return here. Thank you"
"Stayed here for a week during Easter half term. The place is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has plenty of parking. The cottage was spotless,perhaps the cleanest holiday let we have stayed in. It has been newly decorated to a nice standard with all mod cons. The jacuzzi was a nice treat during the week as well!! The owner was really nice and made sure we were all settled and ok,but not overbearing. Benllech is lovely,the beach is superb. The Bay cafe and Beachcomber bar are worth a visit. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"We stayed for a week in August. Great views from the main bedroom window, fantastic hot tub, modern and well decorated throughout with everything we could want. Graham was really friendly, there to meet us with the key on arrival and show us around the property and give us lots of helpful local knowledge, he picked the key up from us on departure too. Highly recommended for a lovely relaxing stay in a lovely property."
