The cottage has a double and a twin room, along with a sleeping area on the landing containing a single bed and additional stacker bed. There is a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a dining room with electric fire, and a sitting room with electric fire and double sofa bed, meaning this cottage can accommodate up to seven people. Outside, there is garage parking for one car with another off road parking space provided too, as well as shared use of the lawned garden and the cottage has its own gravelled area with furniture. Manor Farm Cottage is within easy touring distance of the coast or Broads, as well as NT properties, nature reserves, and the city of Norwich. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars, including 1 garage parking space. Shared lawned garden with private gravelled area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs. Note: This property is on a main road, some road noise may be heard at peak times. Note: Please bring own dog bedding and dogs to be kept downstairs, off furniture and on a lead in garden. Note: Max. 5 adults and 1 child.
