"Stayed for a week. A base for fishing the River Dee. Met on arrival by friendly people who took me round the Cottage. It was perfect. The view from the front is amazing. You can see for miles across the valley to the Berwins. As you drive up a steep hill from the B road you enter the site of these cottages, away from it all, yet so close to a Pub for food and Bala Town. Loved it so much returning end of year for another week. Hope the fishing and weather is better."

"Tegid Cottage provided us with a peaceful base for our week-long holiday! it was far enough off the beaten track to make us feel that we really had got away from it all! We had one member of our party who was registered disabled and the downstairs wet-room shower-room on the ground floor together with the ground floor twin-bedded room was perfect for his needs. The double bedroom with extra single bed and en-suite bathroom was spacious and perfect for our needs and the beautiful, elevated rural location was perfect for all our needs including those of our Jack Russell Terrier! The cottage was well-equipped and spotlessly clean."
