Llys Newydd is a welcoming semi-detached cottage in the grounds of Henllys golf course, 1.5 miles from Beaumaris town centre. This all ground floor cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one single, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a shared external utility room. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, an enclosed private patio with furniture and barbecue and lawned gardens. Llys Newydd is an ideal base for visiting the whole Anglesey and North Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"This is a wonderful cottage very comfy and cosy in a lovely quiet position away from all the hussle and bussle yet in a great location with everything you need in easy reach from beautiful walks where you can see red squirrels to sea and sand only a few minutes away by car. The owners are lovely and are very welcoming on our arrival we were greeted with the table laid with tea cups and plates and a plate of shortbread and cake. We would like to say Thank You to the owners."
"Just returned from 5 days at Llys Newydd lovely little cottage with 3 good bedrooms all clean and well presented 5 mins in the car from Beaumaris with shops restaurants and pubs also lovely beach. Went with 2 friends for a gold break would return if going back to Anglesey to play golf"
"You don't have to be a golf fan to enjoy staying in this lovely little cottage. My sister and I took my 88 year old mother and chose the cottage for it's proximity to Beaumaris, lovely views, and layout on one floor. It was ideal in all respects. The really friendly owners in the adjoining cottage couldn't have been more helpful and left fresh eggs and bara brith on the kitchen table for us when we arrived too. I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves anglesey and the North Wales Coast."
