This spacious detached bungalow in Illogan Downs can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. All ground floor. Four bedrooms: 2 x king-size double, 1 x family room with 1 adult bunk and 1 single, 1 x single with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and gas fire. Conservatory with dining area. Separate external games room with full size snooker/pool table, multi-games table, table football and dart board.
Crendon is situated in Illogan Downs. The cottage sleeps eight people and has two double bedrooms, a family room with adult bunks and a single, a single bedroom with an en-suite, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with dining area and a gas fire and a conservatory with a dining area. There is also an external games room. Outside, the cottage has off road parking for eight cars and a private garden. With lovely, sandy beaches nearby, Crendon is an ideal base for your holiday in Cornwall. Just two miles from the glorious sandy beach at Portreath, this small ex tin-mining community to the south of Camborne is a now a charming, quintessentially Cornish holiday resort. Illogan Downs can be found in the pretty countryside surrounding the towns of St Ives and Penzance. Both of these large settlements are home to a number of art galleries, restaurants, gift shops and picturesque harbours. Beaches on the north and south Cornish coasts can be easily reached by car within minutes.
