A five bedroom cottage sleeping ten people, in Yarmouth, on the Isle of Wight. Five bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with coastal views, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request) with views of the Downs and marshland, 1 X king size double with views of the downs and marshland and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with coastal views and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with views of the Downs and marshland (Please note that in this room, the bed is against the wall so there is access from one side of the bed only.) Bathroom with a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 10), conservatory and French doors to the enclosed garden. Sitting room (seats 6) with patio doors. First floor sitting room (seats 8) with gas fire and stunning coastal views.
Chartfield is a lovely, well-presented cottage in Yarmouth, on the Isle of Wight. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden. With beautiful beaches and stunning walks on offer, Chartfield is the perfect base for fun-filled family holidays. The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Gas AGA with double electric oven and 4-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with Freeview, one with FreeSat+), DVD, radio/CD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Highchair and travel cot available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front, side and rear Enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk, beach 6 mins walk.

The wonderful seaside town of Yarmouth is the oldest town on the Isle of Wight, and is home to a busy harbour, narrow streets, an array of shops and inns, and Henry VIII's castle. The coastal path is a haven for walkers and cyclists, plus walks can also be enjoyed across to the nearby Tennyson Down. The beaches of Colwell and Totland Bays provide great watersports facilities, which makes Yarmouth an ideal base.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the week. We had a very minor issue at the end of the week and we were extremely impressed on how it was handled and how quickly it was handled. The house is in a great location with wonderful views over the sea. Everyone enjoyed spending time here and would thoroughly recommend."
"We stayed at Chartfield for 3 nights, we we're lucky to get those three, as it's full for almost the whole of the summer !. Chartfield is a lovely 5 bedroom home, with sea views back to the mainland. it's within easy walking distance of all the amenities of Yarmouth and has a well equipped kitchen. the upstairs sitting room has a great outlook. if you get a chance to stay here please do it's highly recommended."
"We had a wonderful week in this lovely spacious property which is exactly as described. We were 3 couples and needed to have 3 bathrooms to go with 3 double bedrooms so this fitted us perfectly. Linen was great and everywhere was beautifully clean. Beds were all comfortable. We had enough towels by using those in the other bedrooms. There is a beautiful 1st floor lounge with amazing views over the Solent. On the ground floor is another lounge as well as a huge kitchen/diner with conservatory into the lovely garden. There is an outside terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is wonderful and fully equipped. There is a huge utility room with a massive fridge freezer as well as washing machine. We cooked evening meals for ourselves and had everything we needed including a dishwasher to help us feel it was a holiday! There is a good area for parking, advertised for 2 cars, but as there is residents parking in the street we managed to squeeze a 3rd car onto the driveway without a problem. (We had asked if that was ok) and it would have been easier if we did not all have large cars! I was able to pay by credit card and the contact for obtaining access was easy. The surrounding area is very nice and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance if you don't always want to cook so we were very happy. The island is beautiful and with the added advantage of our pensioner bus passes we were able to see it all for free! Would hope to return another time and would recommend to others."
