Overview
This annexe is a lovely holiday home sleeping up to three people in one bedroom. All ground floor. One double bedroom (zip/link - can be twin on request) with en-suite walk-in shower with seat and room for assistance, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed.
Break Away is a cosy Cornwall cottage, attached to the owners' house in a quiet residential street of individual houses, in the Cornish village of Tywardreath, near Fowey. With one double bedroom, and a sofa bed in the open plan living area it sleeps three. There is an en-suite off the bedroom with a walk-in jacuzzi bath with shower over. Outside this cottage there is a paved area with garden seating, an ideal spot to catch some Cornish sunshine, and off road parking for one car. Break Away is a great holiday home for all. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Small paved area with garden seat. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk.

Tywardreath is a village in Cornwall, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes and rugged coastline which inspired the literature of Daphne du Maurier. In fact, the village name means The House on the Strand, and it appeared in her novel of that name. The world famous Eden Project is 3 miles away, the beach at Par Sands is around a mile away, and the coastal town of Fowey is a lovely afternoon out.
