Electric storage heaters. Two-ring electric hob, combination microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/stereo, radio, iPod dock. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with furniture and sea and mountain views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 3.5 miles. Note: This property accepts a max. of 3 adults. Note: Property is accessed via a country track, with two cattle grids. Note: There are steep stairs leading up to the property, may be not suitable for those with limited mobility.

The historic town of Caernarfon has many attractions including the stunning 13th Century castle, town walls and water front. Other attractions in the town that are well worth visiting are the guided tours of the castle and the special events, such as historic pageants. Attractions nearby that are essential to visit are the excellent Segontium - a Roman fort and museum and the Welsh Highland Railway, which passes some breathtaking scenery. Caernarfon also offers many amenities, such as shops, pubs and restaurants. Further afield are beaches situated on the Isle of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula, the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park and the town of Llanberis. There is so much to see and do in and around Caernarfon that you will not want to leave!

"Excellent stay at this snowdonia cottage, ignore the reviews about the farm track to the property, its the same as all the tracks in this area to thousands of houses. It all adds to the fun of this great place. This was good for three people and we had a comfortable stay. Great local things to do and places to eat. Snowdonia and Anglesey are great with so much to do. Good mountain and hill walking. We did Snowdon up the Llanberris Path and a few other climb. Moel Tryfan can be walked to from the cottage and makes a good before breakfast climb, watched sun come up over Snowdon. Only a few problems, dont do toast as fire alarm will go off every time and skylight windows no good if you are under 5ft 4 as you wont be able to see the views at all unless you stand on a chair, of course you could always go outside!!!!. All in all a great stay. Will book Damavand next time as it is bigger."
"Lovely secluded spot overlooking the sea and menai Strait to Anglessey, with mountains to the other side. 5 Min drive to Caernarfon. Living area lovely with great views from the skylight. Bathroom damp and needs a refurb and kitchen very compact. No combination microwave just 2 ring hob and normal microwave so cooking options limited. Ideal for the 2 of us."
"We had a lovely time, and found the accommodation very nice. We're visiting family so made the perfect location as a base. Would have been a bit cramped if we had stayed indoors for any longer as we had a travel cot for the baby. Would definately use again If available."
"It was very clean but very hard to find in location, and very far local amenities. We liked the best were the safety of the sorroundings and the friendly people and the least was the location, It was really remote and very poor signal for communications, otherwise good for a 3days serenity only..not recommended for more than that."
