There are two family bathrooms and an additional cloakroom. The rest of the property consists of a kitchen with dining area, a utility, and a sitting room. There is also use of a shared games room with table tennis and pool table. To the outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a garden with lawned area with patio, furniture and BBQ. Little Cowarne Court is an ideal property for larger families or groups to get together and explore the many lovely cycle rides and walks available from the doorstep.
