Lydstep is a semi-detached cottage located next to the Cleddau Estuary in the Pembrokeshire town of Neyland. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single. There is a bathroom with claw-footedbath, basin and WC. A fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with a woodburner and dining area with gas fire complete the living accommodation. Outside there is a garden with lawned and patio area with furniture. Off road parking is available for two cars. With access to the shoreline from the bottom of the garden and with the attractions of Pembrokeshire within easy reach, Lydstep makes a great base for a family holiday in South Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating with woodburner and gas fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars, plus unrestricted roadside parking outside property. Garden with lawn and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk. Bar in yacht club 1 min walk. Note: Garden has some steps, a small covered fish pond and bolted, gated access directly onto the shoreline - children to be supervised.

Neyland is a small town next to the Cleddau Estuary in Pembrokeshire. It has a marina and yacht club, along with pubs and a small selection of shops. Pembroke Dock and Pembroke are close by while the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline is within easy reach, offering superb beaches and castles.
