This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with one king-size bed with a freestanding bath, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, ideal for two people. Concluding the interior is a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. To the outside, there is off-road parking and outdoor storage, a balcony with seating and a patio area with a hot tub. The Wren is a superb getaway for you and your loved one to Wales. Off-road parking for 2 cars and storage for bikes etc. Patio area with outdoor furniture and hot tub. Balcony are with table and chairs. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 2 miles, shop within 0.7 miles. Note: Although all on one floor there are 8 steps up to the property

Llysfaen is a small village resting in Conwy County, which overlooks the north coast of Wales on the southern slopes of Mynydd Marian, situated just 3.5 miles away from Colwyn Bay. Within the village you will find a number of facilities, which include a primary school, a convenience store and village hall, a brewery and a takeaway. Travel slightly further to Colwyn Bay, where you will find a larger selection of amenities, as well as sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green,
