This detached cottage rests on the outskirts of Annon, Scotland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Ground-floor shower room, with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen leading on from lounge/ dining area with woodburning stove, large corner-sofa/ king-size sofa bed allowing flexible sleeping arrangement for up to 6 guests altogether. Additional separate sitting room with woodburning stove.
Stapleton Toll is a detached property, resting on the outskirts of Annan. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom and a twin bedrooms, sleeping up to four people. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Oil central heating and 2 x woodburning stoves. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking on gravelled area of garden through 5-bar gate. Rear garden with spacious lawn, gravelled area with outdoor furniture and BBQ, adjacent paved patio with wooden 2-seater swing, Willow Dome over wood-chipped area with further outdoor seating. Pets welcome - please only use doggy wash station to bathe your fur-baby, there is a hose and jug, but please bring your own shampoo to cater for any sensitivities they may have. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 1.9 miles, shop within 2.3 miles. Note: A running beck is situated within the garden, Please note: Sorry no small children or infants, Minimum age of children accepted is 10

The former harbour town of Annan can be found on the banks of the River Annan, in East Dumfries and Galloway. The town is filed with history as it was once the site of Roman camps and the workplace of the writer Thomas Carlyle, and each year, the town celebrates the Riding of the Marches, in honour of the Royal Charter bestowed by King James V. Within the town you will find plenty of amenities, including pubs, eateries and shops.
