Hillsbrook is a spacious three-bedroom house situated on a quiet, tree lined residential road approximately 10-15 minutes downhill walk to Salcombe town centre. It has three bedrooms, one en suite and an additional shower room. There is a cosy sitting room, modern kitchen, sunny conservatory and South facing garden with mature gardens and terrace. Off road parking for 2/3 cars is provided and Wi-Fi is available. Hillsbrook is ideal for families wishing to enjoy a harbour town and nearby sandy beaches. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Widescreen TV (with FreeSat), DVD player with surround sound, and coal-effect gas fire with stone surround and mantle. Off road parking for 2-3 cars plus boat trailer. Lawned garden, with stone terrace, raised pond and wooden decking. Bed linen and towels supplied. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
