This stunning detached lodge rests in Runswick Bay, North Yorkshire within a small, gated community and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All-ground-floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bath with built-in TV, handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin (2'6" singles). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility.
Rockpool Retreat is a beautiful detached lodge resting on the private complex The Pines at Runswick Bay, North Yorkshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a double with an en-suite bathroom, a double and a twin, along with a shared shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric stove-effect fire as well as a small utility area. To the outside you can find an enclosed decked area with seating and a barbecue as well as off-road parking for two cars. Enjoy a peaceful break within the North York Moors National Park amidst your loved ones at Rockpool Retreat. The historic fishing village of Runswick Bay is without doubt one of the true gems of the Yorkshire Coast, if not the whole of the UK. This picturesque SE-facing village situated 9 miles from Whitby sits in a beautiful sheltered sandy-beached bay backed by spectacular cliffs and moorland scenery. Relatively un-commercialised and with vehicular traffic restricted, the village provides the perfect setting in which to relax and unwind. Relish in taking long walks on either the sandy beach or along the Cleveland Way on the clifftop above. There is much to do in the local area, whether it's visiting Whitby with its famous Abbey, Staithes with its pretty shops, cafes and superb art gallery, or touring the dramatic North York Moors. The lower village houses a local inn serving food along with a spectacularly situated cafe, whilst nearby Hinderwell provides 2 inns, a fish and chip shop, a local butchers and a garage/petrol station. A Co-op is situated at Staithes 2 miles away.
