This wonderful lodge rests in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
1 Waters Edge is a charming, all-ground-floor lodge resting on the Stonerush Lakes holiday park in Lanreath, Cornwall. There are two bedrooms in the cottage, made up of double with an en-suite shower room and a twin, served by a bathroom, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a private decking with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for one car. 1 Waters Edge is a fantastic holiday base for a couple or family of four at any time of year.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburning stove available end of September to end of March only, at other times guests need to bring their own stove fuel. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for one car. Decked area with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site restaurant/pub. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: WiFi is available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: One step into property. Note: Steep driveway. Note: Due to the decked balcony and as this property is surrounded by lakes and open water, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site

Lanreath is a rural village resting at the heart of Cornwall. The amenities in the village include a Post Office with a local shop and a wonderful parish church, while a wider selection of wonders can be found in the coastal town of Looe, where you can also find a beautiful beach. Head to Polperro for a day rich in history, with the South West Coastal Path offering an extremely scenic route to explore.
