The Oaks is a stunning property set within the grounds of the owner's home, yet secluded and private, in Llangollen. Set all on the ground floor, there is a king-size bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas stove-effect fire, and a sofa bed, altogether sleeping up to four guests. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, and a private garden with seating and a hot tub. The Oaks is a wonderful escape for a couple or group of friends to Llangollen. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating with gas stove-effect fire and underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Private garden with seating and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop within 0.4 miles, pub within 0.3 miles. Note: Children must be supervised when around the hot tub at all times. Note: Drying/storage room is big enough to store bikes, kayaks, and has hooks to hang clothes to dry. Note: This property rests next door to the owner's home on the owner's grounds, however it has its own separate entrance, parking area and enclosed patio
