Electric heating. Electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Gravelled terrace with seating, picnic bench and Lazy-Spa hot tub. One well behaved dog is welcome but must be kept on lead at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.7 miles, pub within 1.6 miles. Note: The use of the lake incurs extra costs and can be organised with the owner.

Halling is a village settled in Kent, made up of three different settlements including Upper Halling, Lower Halling, and North Halling. With the centre hosting a local shop and two pubs, this settlement would be a great host for those wanting to explore the Kent Downs. Arranged parallel to the Pilgrims' Way, an historic walking route dating back centuries, it is a great location for walkers, while the bustling town of Rochester lies just north along the River Medway.
