Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Decking area with outdoor furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles; pub 3.7 miles. Note: Guests of this property have free use of the shared swimming pool between the months of May to mid-September weather permitting, as well as the tennis courts and gym. Note: There are 4 steps up onto the decking
