Amble is a seaport town resting in Northumberland, situated just at the mouth of the River Cocquet. The town has a lively atmosphere with a wealth of amenities including restaurants, pubs, and shops, as well as all things boating with a quaint marina and a sweet little beach. Warkworth Castle is just further up the coast offering a wonderful day out, marvelling at the intact medieval ruins with a sea view. Lying within easy reach of the Northumberland Coast AONB as well, Amble offers a great base from which to discover the best of Northumberland.
