This impressive cottage rests in Cumbria and can sleep fifteen people in seven bedrooms. Seven bedrooms: 2 x ground-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x family room with 1 x king-size and 1 x single with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size, 1 x triple room, 1 x double with en-suite freestanding bath, basin and WC and 1 x twin with en-suite basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with conservatory. Living/dining room with woodburning stove. Snug.
Crake Trees Manor is a beautiful cottage resting in Crosby Ravensworth near to Shap in Cumbria. There are seven bedrooms at the cottage which include two ground-floor doubles (accessed via the courtyard) with en-suite shower rooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a triple room, a double (accessed via the courtyard) with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite basin and WC, served by a further bathroom, sleeping a total of fifteen guests. The dwelling also offers a kitchen/diner with conservatory, living/dining room with woodburning stove and an entrance snug. Outside is ample off-road parking accompanied by a courtyard and lawned area with furniture and a hot tub. Crake Tree Manor is a fantastic property for a gathering with friends or family to the countryside of Cumbria. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Facilities & Amenities
Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, kitchen and external bedrooms and woodburning stove. 4 Oven AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Courtyard with furniture, BBQ and wood-fired 6 seater hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 0.9 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, to stay on the ground floor only and on a short lead at all times when outside. All dog waste must be cleaned up and deposited in waste bin. Sorry, no smoking in house, smoking allowed at designated area in courtyard. Note: A stream runs through the courtyard, please supervise children at all times. Note: The three double bedrooms are accessed externally via the courtyard, please consider this when booking.
