A popular Peak District town resting just outside of the National Park, Matlock makes a beautiful base for a holiday at any time of year. Along with Matlock Bath, the town is a popular tourist destination due to its 17th century spa, alongside offering its visitors a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, alongside Gulliver's Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Take a cable car up to the Heights of Abraham, or visit the excitement of Bakewell and Chatsworth House and Park for a day out full of family fun.

"Booked as a last minute getaway and couldn't be more delighted, particularly with the complimentary prosecco and luxury biscuits waiting for us on arrival! Lovely touch. The property is beautifully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The bed and bedding are good quality and wonderfully comfortable. The entire apartment is spotlessly clean. The attention to detail is outstanding. It is an ideal accommodation for 2 people wishing to explore the Derbyshire Dales. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you."
