Blairgowrie is an excellent base for exploring Perthshire, the beautiful Angus Glens and is a gateway to the Highlands. Surrounded by rolling fields, the town is overlooked by hills and mountains, and is home to Scotland's largest skiing centre at Glenshee. It's the perfect terrain for riding, cycling and walking, whilst golfers are well-catered for with several excellent courses.

"After a few months of lockdown we needed a getaway from our own four walls and what an excellent change. Glebe Cottage was beautiful, cosy and isolated enough to feel safe. Loved sitting in the conservatory with a cuppa, or at the table with a nice meal or cuddling on the couch in front of the log burner. Beds were comfy and massive, SO much room. Our host was on hand by WhatsApp and email if we had any questions. No phone or mobile signal but the WiFi in the cottage was excellent. Welcome pack of milk, biscuits and eggs was a nice touch too. Would highly recommend"
