Electric oven and ceramic hob, combi. microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off-road parking. Enclosed patio with wood fired hot tub and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.6 miles. Note: The worktop of the kitchen is not heat proof, please do not put hot dishes directly on to the surface. Note: Open tread stairs, please take care. Note: There are internal steps in the bedroom. Note: Children are not accepted at this property
