Higher Barn is a superb, stone-built property resting in Aughton, close to Hornby. It hosts three ground-floor bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to six people. The village of Hornby rests in the Lune Valley and is surrounded by the Lake District to the north, and the Yorkshire Dales to the east. Within the village you will find a number of traditional houses, a Anglican church, two pubs and a local Post Office with tea room. Within a short distance is Nearby Kirkby Lonsdale, where you will find the Old Devil's Bridge which promises a wonderful day out, in addition to a larger selection of amenities.
