Red Rum is an end-terrace cottage based within a group of several other cottages and is situated in the town of Newport on the Isle of Wight. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size zip/link with en-suite shower and a twin zip/link with en-suite bathroom, this cottage can sleep four guests. There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area, plus a cloakroom. To the outside and the rear is an enclosed garden and ample off-road parking, whilst to the front is shared garden with communal seating. Red Rum is a charming retreat for families or couples wanting to discover the Isle of Wight.

Newport is an excellent touring base with good road links to all the beaches, countryside and tourist attractions. As the principal town of the Isle of Wight, it is often referred to as its capital. There are plenty of things to do throughout the town, with a number of independent and high-street shops, pubs, restaurants and a regular farmers market. There are also a good selection of attractions around Newport with the museum of Island History, Quays Art Centre and the Newport Roman Villa all within walking distance from the town centre.
