Underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and freezer in utility cupboard, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Off-road parking for one car. Shared garden space with private decking area and outdoor furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Note: Check in 6pm, check out 10am. Note: Please call Sykes Cottages if you wish to book a short break and we will then contact the owner for a price. Note from Owners: We hope you are all keeping well in these unusual times. Due to COVID-19, we as owners have had to look at a lot of different aspects of our holiday lets, to ensure our guests are as safe as possible while on holiday with us. We have been working with our cleaning company and have had to make some changes during COVID-19. Due to the deep clean, our property will undergo between each let along with the recommended "Fogging" * our check-in times and check out times have had to be changed. We also have removed all non-essential soft furnishings, books, and games from the cottage. We will also be asking our guests to strip the beds including mattress and pillow protectors and place them in a bag provided, along with towels and tea towels. We are supplying disposable gloves, anti-bac wipes and hand wash. for your additional safety. We have removed the holiday information folder and will supply a PDF copy to your email prior to your arrival. I thank you for your understanding at this time and hope you appreciate as holiday homeowners your best interests are our major concern. Stay safe, thank you for your time.
