Springfield Cottage is a superb three-storey cottage resting at the centre of Bideford in Devon. There are two bedrooms in the cottage sleeping four guests, comprised of a ground-floor king-size and a lower-ground-floor twin, served by a lower-ground-floor bathroom. The cottage is also home to a kitchen and a first-floor living/dining room with an electric woodburning effect fire. Outside is a gravelled and lawned garden with furniture as well as roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Springfield Cottage is a fabulous family holiday cottage for your escape to Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Please note: Linen not provided for the sofa bed. Roadside parking. Gravelled and lawned garden with furniture. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: There is steep step access to the property which may not be suitable for those less able. Note: The garden has a right of way which people very occasionally pass through. Note: The garden is accessed via the first floor
