Central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent, please bring your own logs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear lawn and patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: The freezer is in the conservatory. Note: Laundry is a separate building, housing an integral washer/dryer.
