Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request only. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed decking area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles and pub 1.9 miles. Note: Although ground floor there are 6 steps up to the property.
