Large 5 bedroom detached holiday house stands in an acre of grounds, with a lake (fenced) in the adjoining 2 acre field. Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms all with en-suite. Family groups only. Five bedrooms: 1 x Ground Floor Double with en-suite wet room with separate shower, basin & WC, 1 x First Floor King Size Double with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC, 1 x First Floor Twin (option to zip to make double) with en-suite separate shower & WC, 1 x First Floor Twin with en-suite separate shower & WC, 1 x First Floor Double with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC. Kitchen with dining area. Dining Room. Sitting Room with wood-burning stove. Reading Room. Conservatory.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off-road parking for five cars and a boat. Storage area for bikes. Acre of lawn with covered pond, large patio and decked area with garden furniture and play equipment for children. Beyond house, fenced and gated 2 acre area with large lake and picnic area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 3.5 miles

"We just arrived home from a fabulous weekend at this holiday rental. The owner contacted me and was at hand if we needed to know anything. Upin arrival we were shocked at how great this property was, walk in from backdoor to snug lounge and double room, perfect for those who want to be away from the boise of the rest of us. Then lovely fully equipped kitchen and an unexpected welcome gift of wine and snacks. Big lounge and lots sofas, lovely decor with log fire, you can buy logs at garage few yards away. Dining room and another lounge, this one was quite chilly but it is march so no complaints. Upstairs so spacious and bathrooms to each so no sharing which meant no queing for toilet. The grounds were fantastic and well kept, we would love to return and make use of them in the summer. Owners went above and beyond allowing us to stay way past our checkout and no charge. We just couldn't find fault. 8 adults 2 children and we were not crammed in, so much space. Looking forward to returning here soon. Id definitely recommend this property "
