Spacious enough for 4 yet romantic enough for 2, this lovely converted barn provides contemporary holiday living in a peaceful and rural setting with glorious rural views, just two miles from Fishguard. Fishguard has several pubs, places to eat and some interesting galleries. Lower Town harbour is picture perfect and the setting for such films as Moby Dick and Under Milk Wood. Down a quiet country lane but with easy access to the A40, the county town of Haverfordwest and Britain's smallest city, St Davids, are within a half hour drive. There are numerous beaches and coves close-by and the Pembrokeshire coast path and the Preseli hills for those who enjoy walking. The barn has recently been converted into modern accommodation with under floor heating powered by an air-source heat pump. Adjacent to East Barn ref: 1035768 Ground Floor The SITTING ROOM has views down to the Western  Cleddau river valley and has a log burner, it is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, dark wood occasional furniture, TV and DVD player.The spacious fully fitted KITCHEN is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and double oven and has light oak cupboards, there is a central dining table and 4 chairs.There is a SNUG off the kitchen with comfy seating and a coffee table.Leading off this area is the downstairs SHOWER ROOM with shower, WC and hand basin.Upstairs there are two bedrooms.The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, built in wardrobe and white painted furniture.BEDROOM 2 has twin beds and is furnished with a pine chest of drawers and wardrobe.The FAMILY BATHROOM has a white suite of bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin. Garden & Parking Outside is a lovely open garden with grassed area, picnic table and views towards the Preseli hills and over the Western Cleddau valley.There is ample parking for two cars.Other Information Heating is by an environmentally sound air-source heat pump.A starter pack of logs is provided for the woodburning stove.A cot and high chair are available on request.No smoking in the property.WiFi enabled.Pets are welcome.
