Cot, booster seat chair and stairgate available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Open lawn to fore of property and fully enclosed lawned garden with small patio area, garden table and chairs in rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk, coast 1.5 miles.
