Central heating with open fire. Range style cooker, five burner gas hob, two electric ovens and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine and separate tumble dryer in utility room. TV with Freesat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 1 or 2 cars at top of steep drive and 2 cars at bottom of drive. Half acre of grounds including lawn area, large decking area and up 10 steps to permanent BBQ. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub and coast 2 mins walk
